How fast will I hear back?
Form submissions and direct emails land in the same inbox at team@pinenox.studio, and we aim to reply within one business day. If your enquiry arrives over a weekend or a public holiday, expect a reply on the next working day.
What happens on a discovery call?
It is a 30-minute video or phone call. We ask what you are trying to achieve, who it is for, what already exists, and what your constraints are on budget and timing. There is nothing to prepare — links to sites you like are enough. Afterwards you get a written summary of what was discussed.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA along with your enquiry and we will review and sign it before you share anything confidential. If you do not have one, we can provide a mutual NDA to work from.
How are projects priced and paid?
We quote after the discovery call, once the scope is written down, so the price covers a defined list of deliverables rather than an open-ended estimate. Payments are split across project milestones, and anything added outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
